1. Research Use Only
All products sold by QSC are research-grade peptides and specialty compounds intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic, or therapeutic application.
By purchasing from QSC, you acknowledge that:
You are qualified to handle research peptides and laboratory materials safely.
You understand proper storage requirements, including -20°C where applicable.
You assume all risks associated with handling, storage, and laboratory research use.
You are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
QSC is not liable for misuse, improper handling, unauthorised application, or failure to store products correctly.
2. Orders & Cryptocurrency Payments
Accepted Payment Methods
QSC accepts cryptocurrency payments only, processed through blockchain verification services such as Blockonomics. We do not accept credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or other fiat payment methods. Orders are processed only after sufficient blockchain confirmations.
Customers are solely responsible for sending the exact invoice amount, using the correct wallet address, and including accurate order reference information. Transactions sent incorrectly, to the wrong address, or without required confirmations cannot be reversed. QSC is not responsible for losses from incorrect cryptocurrency payments.
Order Confirmation
Orders are binding once payment is confirmed on the blockchain. QSC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud, regulatory concerns, or inventory discrepancies. All listed prices include free shipping unless otherwise stated.
3. Shipping & Distribution
QSC provides free shipping on all peptide orders. Orders may ship from the manufacturing facility in China or from domestic warehouses in the USA, EU, UK, Canada, or Australia. Domestic fulfilment is prioritised when inventory is available.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after cryptocurrency payment confirmation. Tracking is typically provided within 12–48 hours after dispatch. QSC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, government or regulatory actions, or natural disasters and force majeure events.
All QSC research peptides undergo rigorous analytical testing to verify identity, molecular weight, purity (as labelled), and batch-to-batch consistency. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on each product page for full transparency and batch verification, independently verifiable via the Janoshik portal.
5. Regulatory Compliance
Customers are solely responsible for determining whether research peptides are legal to import, possess, or use in their jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. QSC makes no representations regarding regulatory approval beyond the research-use-only designation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including logos and branding, product descriptions, Certificates of Analysis and analytical documentation, images, graphics, and technical materials — is the intellectual property of QSC or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, scraping, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from product purchase or research use, storage or handling of peptides, shipment delays, customs inspections or regulatory issues, or misuse or improper application.
QSC’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in dispute. By purchasing, you acknowledge the inherent risks of laboratory chemicals and release QSC from claims arising from improper handling, misuse, or unauthorised use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Governing Principles & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted according to applicable international commercial principles. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in a mutually agreed jurisdiction.
