What is Tesamorelin?
Tesamorelin (Trans-3-hexenoic acid GHRH(1-44) analog) is a 44-amino acid full-length GHRH analog + fatty acid conjugate. Full-length GHRH(1-44) analog conjugated to trans-3-hexenoic acid, extending half-life while maintaining full GHRH-R agonism. FDA approved for HIV-associated lipodystrophy (abdominal fat reduction).
