What is Enclomiphene?
Enclomiphene is the pure trans-isomer (E-isomer) of clomiphene — the ER antagonist component without the estrogenic zuclomiphene (Z-isomer). As a pure hypothalamic/pituitary ER antagonist, it more cleanly elevates LH/FSH and endogenous testosterone. Research: clean HPG axis restoration, male hypogonadism, vs racemic clomid isomer comparison. CAS 7599-79-3.
Research Applications
Pure ER Antagonism
Trans-isomer only — no estrogenic zuclomiphene confound
HPG Axis Restoration
LH/FSH elevation → endogenous T without exogenous androgen
Male Hypogonadism
Testosterone restoration preserving HPG axis and fertility
vs Clomid Comparison
Enclomiphene vs racemic clomiphene — isomer contribution dissection
Fertility Preservation
Endogenous T restoration with maintained spermatogenesis
